Q4 2020 Dance Game Trends on iOS in the UK

As the year 2020 came to a close, dance game enthusiasts in the United Kingdom engaged with their favorite apps on iOS devices, showing varying trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Sensor Tower's data provides a snapshot of how these games performed during the fourth quarter.

Just Dance Now saw a significant increase in weekly revenue, jumping from $1.9K in the last week of September to a peak of $7.7K in the final week of December. Downloads followed a similar upward trend, with a notable spike to 12K in the third week of December, while weekly active users more than doubled from 6.4K to 18K in the same period.

The performance of Ice Skating Ballerina was also noteworthy, with a steady increase in revenue from $86 to $227 by the end of December. Downloads saw a peak of 1.4K in the first week of December, and weekly active users almost doubled from 845 to 1.9K during the quarter.

Coco Play's Acrobat Star Show experienced fluctuations in revenue, ending the quarter at $96, slightly higher than its start at $70. Downloads saw a significant rise in the last week of December, reaching 1.5K, and weekly active users nearly tripled from 782 to 1.9K.

Lastly, Hip Hop Battle - Girls vs Boys revenue remained relatively low, ending the quarter at $49. Downloads showed a notable increase in early November, reaching over 1K, while weekly active users saw their highest at 1.9K in early November, ending the quarter just shy of 1.1K.
